In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll explore the pole, chair, and floor as dynamic apparatuses; focusing on unique transitions, sensual shapes, and edgework. Rose petals will be incorporated to elevate the slo-flow experience. Comfort in pirouettes, sits, and figurehead are required.
