How do memberships work?
Memberships renew monthly on the same billing date and continue until canceled with proper notice.
Do my credits roll over?

Grounded: no rollover

Lifted: 1 credit rolls over for 30 days

Shifted: 2 credits roll over for 30 days

*Unused credits expire each billing cycle.
How do I pause my membership?
Memberships may be paused for a
minimum of 2 weeks and up to 3 months.
The first pause per calendar year is complimentary. Additional
pauses are $25.
Pause requests must be submitted at least 14 days in advance.
Credits do not accrue while a membership is paused.
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancellations must be submitted
in the Shift app:
More → Purchases → Cancel
Membership
Memberships require 30 days’ notice, and one final billing cycle will apply before termination.
Memberships must be active to cancel and cannot be canceled while on pause.
All unpaid balances must be resolved before cancellation is finalized.
Can I downgrade instead of canceling?
Yes. Membership tiers can be adjusted prior to your next billing date by reaching out to us.
What is your class cancellation policy?
Group classes must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations result in forfeiture of the credit.
Cancellations must be completed through the app or official studio channels. Messages sent via personal text or social media do not count as cancellation requests.
What happens if I no-show?
No-shows forfeit the credit and incur a $20 no-show fee.
How does the waitlist work?
You may be added from the
waitlist up to 2 hours before class.
If added and not attended, standard late-cancel or no-show policies
apply.
Why can’t I book a class?
This usually means your
billing cycle has ended, you’ve used all available credits, or
there is an outstanding balance.
You can check your billing date, remaining credits, and rollover in
the Shift app.
Can I share my membership or credits?
No. Memberships and credits are non-transferable.
