After more than 10 incredible years serving the Harlem community, we are preparing for an important transition. Our studio at 47 W 116th St will be relocating, and our last full day of classes in this space will be Wednesday, August 27, 2025.

We know this may come as a shock. Until very recently, we truly believed we had secured a new home and would be able to move without any pause in your fitness journey. When those negotiations ended unexpectedly, we wanted to let you know right away.

What matters most is that this is not goodbye. We are in active talks with a prospective landlord now and expect to hear back soon. The moment we do, we will share the news with you. This is a pause while we transition, not the end of what we have built together.

To our members, thank you for every drop of sweat, every ounce of trust, and every bit of energy you have poured into this place. Whether you have been with us since the very beginning or just started your trial, you are part of our fitness family. To our instructors, your passion, encouragement, and dedication have shaped every single class and transformation. We could not do this without you. To our Harlem neighbors, thank you for cheering us on, joining our events, and making this studio feel like home.

From Tuesday, August 19 through Thursday, August 28, you will have the opportunity to purchase equipment, furniture, and other items that will not be moving with us. It is a chance to take home a piece of the studio you have helped create.

We are already preparing ways to keep you training and connected while we finalize our new home. These include outdoor group classes, online and virtual training options, classes at a partner studio, and private and semi-private training opportunities which we will announce in more detail soon.

We will continue to keep you updated through email, text, and app announcements as soon as these options are ready.

Membership payments will be placed on hold starting Thursday, August 28, 2025. While your membership is on hold, no auto payments will be processed. You will not be charged while your account is paused. We want to reassure you again that all automatic billing will be stopped during this hold period.

This is not an ending but a new chapter. For more than a decade, we have built something truly special here, and we are committed to carrying that same energy and spirit into our next home. Thank you for standing with us. We cannot wait to welcome you back when we open our new doors.
