Pole Level 2: 6-Week Series

Take your pole journey higher with this progressive 6-week series designed for students ready to move beyond beginner basics. In this course, we’ll build strength, technique, and confidence as we explore skills between 3–5 feet off the ground (standing height).

What you’ll learn:

  • Climbing variations (basic, side, cross-ankle)
  • One-handed spins
  • Basic inversion & crucifix
  • Leg hangs & Reiko split mount
  • Jasmine & hooded ornament
  • Apprentice & Superman
  • Laybacks & caterpillar progressions

By the end of this series, you’ll feel stronger, more secure, and ready to connect tricks into smooth transitions.
