Learn from the entire Space teaching team in our newly redesigned Student Immersion program, and make a deeper commitment to yourself and to your practice. Student Immersion meets once a week and offers a great starting point for anyone interested in learning more about the lifestyle of yoga and in building a strong personal practice.
This program offers a unique mix of practice and discussion that covers the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of yoga. The following topics are explored:
+ Yoga and meditation as a tool for stress management
+ Nutrition and self-care
+ Understanding of your body composition (dosha) to better achieve optimal health and well-being
+ Tips to help you build a home practice, including in-depth exploration of postures
We will meet weekly on Tuesdays at 7:15p
