We’re launching a HYROX Bootcamp Series at bodiesbyphil — a structured, HYROX-style training program designed to make you faster, stronger, better conditioned, and way more confident when race day rolls around.

This isn’t random cardio chaos.
This is intentional hybrid training — where running meets strength, strategy meets grit, and Sundays get spicy.
