Accidental Charges, Refunds & Membership Hold Update

As of Thursday, August 28, 2025, all memberships were automatically placed on hold due to our studio closure. This means no auto-payments will be processed until we secure and reopen at our new location. We are actively searching for a new space in Harlem and will keep you updated every step of the way.

If you were accidentally charged in the past few days, please know this was a system error. We are working directly with WellnessLiving to correct the issue. Once we identified the error, refunds were processed manually, and you should have received an email confirmation of your refund.

We appreciate your patience, support, and understanding during this transition. Thank you for being part of our fitness family—we can’t wait to welcome you back in our new home soon!
