POP-UP Class: Restorative Yoga w/Hannah 2/9 & 2/23 @1:30pm
Center yourself for the week with blissful restorative yoga at 1:30pm on Mondays. Class will begin with a gentle flow and breath work to warm the body, and then move to long sustained poses that allow both body and mind to release. With a focus on mindfulness and intuitive movement, this class is appropriate for both the seasoned yogi and total beginners alike.
