Description: Transform your favourite foundational moves into something magical! In this workshop, you will take Pole Sit, Figure Head, Star Gazer, Jasmine and more and explore accents, grip variations and playful movement techniques to make them your own.
No inverts required, just a basic knowledge of Beginner upright moves. We'll play on both static and spin poles to keep things dynamic and fun!
WORKSHOP 2: Tumbles 4 Lyfe | 7:45pm - 9:15pm - (90 minutes) | Level: Intermediate - Advanced | Early Bird Rate until June 4th: $115 + GST.
Description: Go from “Oh No” to “HECK YES” in just 90 minutes. Learn crowd pleasing drops, flips, faux flips, tumbles and other dynamic pole movements - no gymnastics background required. We'll cover safe, progressive techniques to help you move from nervous to fearless while having a blast.
