CLOSING 663 CLASSON (The Shambhala Wellness Center)- Beginning September 1st, 2025, all Shambhala classes will take place exclusively at our 691 Washington Avenue location. This new Fall schedule reflects our transition to a single home for the studio, allowing us to deepen our offerings while caring for our community and space more sustainably.

Please be sure to double check the updated schedule when booking, as some class times and days have shifted slightly.
