Hero WOD of the Month!

Join us on the last Saturday of each month for our Hero WOD workout — a special class dedicated to honoring heroes who inspire us. Each month, we’ll feature a different Hero WOD, announced in advance so you can prepare.

These workouts are tough, but they’re a great way to challenge yourself and show up for a good cause. Don’t miss the chance to sweat, honor, and push your limits alongside our awesome community.

CrossFit Hero WODs are special workouts designed to honor fallen military personnel, first responders, and other heroes who have made the ultimate sacrifice. Each Hero WOD is named after a hero, and the workouts typically feature high-intensity, challenging movements meant to test endurance, strength, and mental toughness. These WODs serve as a tribute, pushing athletes to honor the courage, dedication, and sacrifice of these individuals through their own physical effort.
