At Hero Camp, kids start their day off with a meet and greet and games so that they may get to know the coaches and those in their group. They will then have a 1hr Jiu Jitsu lesson and break for snack followed by arts and crafts. In the afternoon we’ll spend the day doing a number of different activities such as:

• Outdoor games & activities
• Parks
• Arts & crafts
• Movie Day
• Bowling

The day will end with a 1hr Strike lesson and a stretch.

We offer full day camps from 9am – 3pm Monday to Friday and are available to kids between 5 to 11.

Drop-in days are available.
