Join us for a guided breathwork experience designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and a deeper connection within your body.
This session offers space to slow down, tune in, and reconnect — especially supportive for those who spend much of their time holding space for others and are ready to be held themselves.
Through intentional breath patterns, you’ll be guided into a state that may help release tension, process emotions, and restore a sense of balance and clarity. No prior experience is needed — just come as you are.
Important Safety Information
To ensure a safe and supportive experience, breathwork may not be
suitable for individuals with certain conditions. Contraindications
include (but are not limited to):
- Pregnancy
- Epilepsy
- Cardiovascular conditions
- Severe asthma
- Recent surgery
- Glaucoma
- Significant mental health conditions (e.g. psychosis)
