  • Week 1 – Spin vs. Static: Learn the difference between movement styles with climbs, sits, and jasmines.
  • Week 2 – Floor vs. Aerial: Explore progressions and regressions for inversions, building strength from the ground up.
  • Week 3 – Mindset & Body Awareness: Tap into body positivity with body rolls, waves, twerks, and splits.
  • Week 4 – Practice vs. Performance: Bring it all together with choreography, transitions, and flow.
