PreSeason Master Program
3 Weeks | 1 Hour Weekly | $99 per Player | Max 20 Players
Get ready for the season with a complete positional review and game-readiness program that sharpens every player’s technical, tactical, and physical foundation. Players will learn their role, how positions connect, and how to adapt in real game situations — while building the conditioning, speed, and endurance needed to compete at full intensity.

A great first touch sets up everything. This program develops players’ ability to receive the ball cleanly, stay composed under pressure, and play the next action with confidence and speed.
Players will work on:

Receiving with all surfaces (feet, thighs, chest)

Controlling bouncing, aerial, and fast-paced passes

Turning, shielding, and protecting possession
