For this reason, phones are not permitted in our class spaces.

Why We Have This Policy

Yoga is a time to step away from the noise of daily life. Even silent phones can be distracting, and the presence of devices can take away from the experience.

We want every student to feel:

• Fully present

• Free from interruption

• Comfortable and undisturbed

• Immersed in their yoga practice

Where to Leave Your Phone

We provide secure and convenient storage options:

• Free phone lockers in Reception

• Free lockers in the Changing Rooms

You are welcome to use either before class begins. Please ensure your phone is stored away prior to entering the studio space.

Emergencies

If you are expecting an urgent call and need to remain reachable, please speak to a member of our team before class. We will always do our best to support you.
