Based on what we heard, we’re excited to continue offering new fitness options to keep you moving while we transition to our next studio space. These classes are open to both members and non-members and can be booked directly through the app.
Outdoor Fitness Classes (Weather Permitting)

Meetup Location: Marcus Garvey Park, Madison Ave & E 123rd St
These one-hour workouts combine strength, cardio, and kickboxing-inspired movements in the fresh air. Since pads are used, please book at least 12 hours ahead so we know how many to bring. Sessions are donation-based, with 100 percent of contributions going directly to the instructors via cash or Zelle.
Indoor Strength & Conditioning with Ting

This class focuses on strength-building, endurance, and functional conditioning drills. Cost is $35 per drop-in, payable through Zelle, and requires booking on the app at least 12 hours before class.
