NEW class w/Sarah! Rest & Roll Thursdays at 4:30pm starting 11/6.
EverCore welcomes you to “rest & roll” out your body. In this class, we will be deep breathing through our stretching using props and foam rolling out myofascial tension. Foam rolling applies pressure to the muscles and tissues to reduce stress, improve flexibility and range of motion, reduce soreness and improve circulation. We will be freeing up physical tension in the body and help facilitate emotional flow. Enjoy the slow stretching, foam rolling and intentional breathing to help you create calm and get connected to your body. ‘Rolling out the red carpet for your body’ to promote relaxation, injury prevention and enhance muscle performance.
