Join us for this month's focused Members only class! Basework Drops
& Rolls serve dynamic level changes to the floor and swooshy
shoulder rolls and shoulder stands.
Attire: kneepads, boots, and tshirt or long
sleeve top to protect the shoulders and back.
Skill Requirements: Prior experience in
Flow'ography or Level 1 Vamp Flow.
