Jingle & Flow: A Stråla Holiday Class + Gift Exchange

Restore & Reflect: Myofascial Release for Winter
As the year winds down and nature turns inward, give yourself the gift of deep restoration with this seasonal Myofascial Release workshop focused on the Back Body Lines. In the colder, darker months, we often contract—physically and energetically. This session is designed to help you release tension through the Superficial and Deep Back Lines (spanning the soles of the feet, calves, hamstrings, spine, and neck), encouraging greater freedom, upright posture, and inner spaciousness. We'll combine targeted myofascial release, gentle flow, guided journaling, and an extended savasana to support your nervous system and prepare your body and spirit for the stillness and reflection of winter.Students can expect:*Guided myofascial release techniques for the back body
• A gentle, grounding vinyasa flow to restore mobility and presence
• A long, cozy savasana with guided meditation and breathwork

Come unwind, stretch, and reconnect in this playful introduction to Acro Yoga! Perfect for beginners, this workshop focuses on building trust, connection, and ease in movement. We’ll begin with grounding partner stretches—more like a conversation than a workout—before moving into foundational acro poses that explore balance, support, and flow.
You’ll practice a gentle sequence of five beginner-friendly poses, and then finish with therapeutic techniques designed to release tension and leave you feeling relaxed and restored. No partner required—come solo and you’ll be matched up with others to explore in pairs and small groups.
Students can expect to: Learn partner stretching techniques to deepen flexibility and connection. Explore Acro Yoga basics and flow through five foundational poses.
