Move from rhythm to release as you reset your nervous system, reconnect with your energy, and leave grounded, clear, and deeply alive. We’ll begin by grounding the body and setting intention, then dive into a powerful Breath & Bass journey - guided breathwork set to Drum & Bass frequencies designed to energise, release, and expand. From there, you’ll soften into a Sound Bath with crystal bowls to integrate and restore, before closing with a Sharing Circle and the transformative Fire & Ice Spa experience, where heat and cold bring balance back to the body.
