This journey is designed to gently and compassionately guide participants through the full spectrum of grief, returning them to a state of love. We will navigate emotions associated with grief and loss, from numbness to anger, blame, shame, guilt, remorse, and regret, ultimately leading to acceptance and letting go. Participants will emerge from this experience feeling lighter, more connected, and with a profound sense of relief and acceptance.
