Have you completed your 200 hour yoga teacher training, and you were wondering what's next? Are you ready to take your skills and knowledge beyond the four walls of the classroom? Then this training is for you We will drive even deeper into the concepts, philosophies, and methodologies that you learned in your 200 hour training. We will also provide you with particulars needed to transform your teaching from a drop-in class to community experience.
The course will cover the following topics:
· Class and workshop composition and theming
· Vinyasa
· Gentle yoga
· Chair yoga
· Intention setting and manifestation
· Guided meditation and visualization techniques
· Anatomy
· The Sutra
Edie Fisher, Missy Kerner and CNU Professor Dr. Graham Schweig will be co-teaching. The training will focus on creating a class/workshop that will take you to the next level as a teacher. It will teach you how to expand your reach beyond the studio walls and into the community.
