- Payment & Refund Policy: payments are refundable until November 15, 2025, 90 days prior to retreat. After Nov 15 all participants are REQUIRED to have Trip Insurance in the event you cancel and want a refund. Note: Thrive will not provide a refund after Nov 15, at which time your only recourse for a refund is your Trip Insurance policy.
