Get started with the Intro Offer which includes a short instructional session before your first class. Attend a total of 4 Reformer Foundations classes.

Your first visit at the studio will be 60 minutes as you will need to attend a short 10 minute instructional session called Reformer Basics before your first Reformer Foundations class. You only need to attend the Reformer Basics session once!  You will learn about the reformer and how to use it, safety protocols, and your unique reformer setting. Attend a total of 4 Reformer Foundations classes on the group schedule.
