*Client Membership Agreement*

*Terms and Conditions:*

1. Membership Auto-Renewal Cancellation Policy:
This is a monthly automatic renewal membership that can be canceled at any time
Failure to cancel within the specified terms will result in the client's credit card being charged on a monthly basis.

To cancel auto-renewal of your membership, you have two options:
Online Cancellation:
Log in to your Yoga Bodies account through our website (not the Yoga Bodies app). Go to “My Profile,” then select “Passes & Memberships.” Under your active membership, locate the “Expires” section and uncheck the “Auto Renew” box.
Email Request:
You may also request cancellation by sending an email to our support team.
Timing:
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 days prior to your next billing date.

2. *Class Attendance Limitations:*
The client is entitled to attend a combination of eight (8) yoga and mat Pilates classes per month during each billing period. Any unused classes will roll over to the following billing period. If the membership is cancelled, any remaining unused classes will be forfeited and will no longer be available.

  3. *Fees and Charges:*
The client's credit card will be charged $100 plus tax every month.
The membership can be placed on hold for a fee of $25 plus tax per month.
A 3.95% processing fee will be added to each transaction to cover credit card and software company transaction charges.

4. *Schedule and Class Availability:*
Yoga Bodies reserves the right to change the schedule on a monthly basis and may remove classes from the schedule at any time without prior notification.
A minimum of 24 classes will be offered per week.

5. *Refunds and Exchanges:*
No refunds
No exchange
Non shareable
Non negotiable

6. Prenatal Yoga:
We do not provide prenatal yoga classes, and our regular classes do not include modifications for pregnant women.

*Class Late Cancel or No Show Policy:*

1. *Check-In Requirement:*
Clients must check in at the front desk to attend class. Failure to do so will result in being marked as a no-show and incurring a no-show fee.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Yoga, Mat Pilates classes: Clients are required to cancel their class at least 61 minute before the scheduled start time to avoid $15 plus tax late cancel/no show fee. Please note, we have a strict cancellation policy and that NO EXCEPTION will be made even if there in case of injury, illness or emergencies, and phone cancellations are not accepted. These policies are in place to ensure fairness and efficiency for our entire community.  If you do not agree then please do not make a purchase.  Thank you for your understanding.

Studio Policies:

By agreeing to these terms, the client acknowledges and accepts all conditions outlined in this membership agreement.
