12-Month Agreement Required.
Once the agreement is complete, your membership will automatically transition to a month-to-month plan.

To cancel, a 30-day notice is required. A $139.98 early termination fee applies to abandoned agreements. There’s a $5 monthly processing fee for credit card payments, waived if membership fees are paid via ACH. The $5 fee applies after the first 30 days of membership.
