This is a private, one-time use, 80-session pack for CRTP practices only during the regular season (WEEKDAYS ONLY). (Period: Nov 3 - Jul 24). This pack does not include events or tournament coaching, member discounts to other events or clinics.

Session Pack Policy

All session packs are non-refundable and non-creditable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, situations such as illness, injury, schedule conflicts, inclement weather, travel, participation in competitions, or personal commitments.

Session packs are sold at a discounted rate in exchange for a commitment to attend the purchased number of sessions within the designated time. Unused sessions cannot be carried over, transferred, or exchanged for cash or credit.

All scheduled payments must be made. When a payment plan fails, the system automatically charges the remaining amount to the client's account balance. This creates a debt that stays on your profile even if you try to cancel. The scheduled payments will continue to attempt to charge their saved payment method, and any failed payments will get billed to their account balance rather than just disappearing. The client will still owe the money, and it will remain as an outstanding balance on their account that you can collect on. Any unpaid balances will be sent to debt collection.
