Credits are treated like cash and may be used toward any service, enhancement, event or retail product.

Important Notes
Credits cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
Credits cannot be applied toward spa packages.
Membership discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.
Member discounts apply only while the membership is active.

Cancellation
Memberships may be cancelled at any time with 24 hours’ notice prior to the next billing date and can be done so online under your 'Account' page.
Any unused credits will remain on the account and expire within one year of the purchase date.
Membership discounts will no longer apply once the membership is cancelled.
