Transformational Breathwork is a specialized practice that facilitates the release of physical traumas that get stored in the body. Under the close guidance of a facilitator, participants use a specific, activating breathwork technique that allows deactivates the perceiving mind and allows the body to clear away any stressors or traumas that it has held onto from past events. This practice can have truly transformational results, as it allows us to clear out the root of our self limiting beliefs which hold us back from living to our full potential.
