Note. 12 hour late cancel policy in effect for members with a $15 late penalty applied. It's mandatory to change your shoes to indoor runners when you arrive. No outdoor or dirty shoes allowed. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to any class. You will be encouraged to bring a towel and water to hydrate during sessions.
