Reformer Class / Session includes four classes, one each week and you must commit to taking all four classes.  If you miss a class you may make it up by taking a Tower Class within the same month.

This Beginners / Intermediate level Reformer Session is for those students who are comfortable with your trasitions and spring changes.  You will be asked to take more responsibility of your body as your teacher will be watching and helping several bodies at the same time.

If you are interested in our Reformer Sessions but not ready, continue your Private or Duet Lessons until you and your teacher feel comfortable with your ability to workout with less supervision.
