This 31 Day Challenge is open to everyone!  Studio AND Gym members!  If you have an existing Studio or Gym pass, buy this pass as an add on to your current membership to give you access to the Challenge.
If you do NOT have an current Studio or Gym pass are new to Iron Heart you need to decide -
do you like to workout in a group, want to follow our Small Group Training Plan and attend classes?  Then get the Studio pass!  
or
do you like to workout solo and have your own plan to follow?  Then get the Gym pass.  
Both those passes are available in our store.  

This pass is for the Challenge ONLY, meant for those who have a - current/active Studio or Gym pass -
If you are a new member, head back into the store and look for the Studio 31 Day Challenge Pass  or the Gym 31 Day Challenge Pass.  

Requirements to participate:
