NEW! Babysitting services to be provided by Marissa during Thursday morning classes. By purchasing, parents and/or guardians agree to all aspects of Spirit Rising Yoga & Meditation’s (SRYM) general business waiver on behalf of themselves and their child and that:

-Their child will be in a separate room while parent/guardian participates in classes offered in the studio space.

-Their child is well and child has not knowingly been in contact with another child who has been sick within the last 24 hours. If children exchange sicknesses while being babysat at SRYM, Spirit Rising Yoga & Meditation, its contractors, vendors, and other patrons are not to be held responsible or liable.

-Their child may encounter allergens brought into the studio/lobby space by other patrons. Spirit Rising Yoga & Meditation, its contractors, vendors, and other patrons are not to be held responsible or liable for any allergen exposures.

-Parent/guardian understands and assumes the risks associated with babysitting and does not hold Spirit Rising Yoga & Meditation, its contractors, or patrons liable for injuries, accidents, or incidences, unless caused by gross negligence or misconduct.
