Welcome to Yoga on Country. These classes run every Saturday, barefoot, outdoors and in the wild. 

This is not a yoga class held outdoors, this is a practice of deep listening and nature bathing through the lens of yoga, pranayama and guided mediatation. 

All students, old and new are welcome as we practice with our feet firmly on the ground and our faces turned towards the rising sun.

Meet at Elvina Bay Trail Head, West Head Road, Kuringai Chase National Park at 6:30. We walk into the site as a group.
