We are excited to offer a weekly membership our sessions are scheduled every Monday through Thursday, and we only have one session on Saturdays with limited spots. Catherine will be leading the Glute Day on Monday and Thursday at 4:00 pm, 5:00 pm, and 6:00 pm.

To make things easier for you, your membership will auto-renew every week. In case you need to cancel, we have a cancellation policy in place that requires either a 2 weeks notice or a cancellation fee of $100. You can visit our office to sign the policy.

Please note that any past due payments will incur a $10 charge. Also, due to high processing fees, we will be charging 3% on every transaction. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
