Open your practice to the ease, comfort, and support of a partner/play friend. This class touches upon all the disciplines that AcroYoga offers, combining Yoga, Acrobatics, and Thai Massage, and dessert!
Grounded in breath, sensitivity, and awareness we will draw upon the natural forces of gravity, and “metta” loving kindness to encourage the body to let go of fear and tension. Students are encouraged to have a familiarity with yoga yet open to all levels. No partner necessary
