JPY's Auto-Billing series combines unlimited classes with the convenience of automatic renewal. This membership requires a three month minimum commitment. After that time, students must submit a request via email at least 15 days in advance of their next billing date in order to cancel their Auto-Billing.  First month payment is required for membership and is NOT refundable or transferable
Auto-Pays begin on the date of set-up and will be billed on that date going forward.
All memberships paid monthly are not refundable in part or full after auto-draft has gone through.
Freeze Policy. Students can freeze their Auto-Billing payments once every 6 months. The minimum duration allowed for a freeze is 3 weeks and the maximum duration for a freeze is 3 months. To request the freeze a written request, including start and end dates, must be emailed to: info@juicypoweryoga.com. Following the end of the requested freeze period, the student’s monthly Auto-Billing will automatically be reactivated. Billing dates may shift depending on the timing and length of the membership freeze.
Cancellation Policy After the initial 3 month commitment: Auto Billing can be cancelled by submitting a written request at least 15 days prior to the next billing date. Requests should be emailed to: info@juicypoweryoga.com. There is no fee for cancellation after the initial 3 month commitment.
Early Termination Policy: Students can terminate their Auto-Billing contract before their 3 month commitment is complete by paying a $75 cancellation fee
Membership prices are subject to change. In the event of a change in membership price increase, members will be notified via email of any price increase to their memberships. They will be notified one month or more prior to the change with the opportunity to submit their 15 day written cancellation or change notice.

Memberships are non refundable and non transferable.
