Our distance program is intended for athletes who are unable to make it in to our physical gym. This dynamic program is written by Josh Reidt and updates monthly. Athletes should be at least 12 years old to participate in this program.

Athletes who purchase this membership will receive instant access to this months pre-recorded video demonstrations of each exercise via the app and website.
