Our HYBRID membership is intended for athletes who can only make it in to the gym once per week and want to utilize the online distance program the other days.  

Athletes who purchase this membership will receive access to our app with the workout progression and video demonstrations AND access to once weekly in-person group training at Reidt Fitness Systems; 2925 Airway Ave. Suite A. Costa Mesa, CA 92626.

*Unused weekly (strength training and cage) sessions do not roll over and will expire at the end of each week.
