Welcome to Yoga Shala! Our experienced teachers offer a sound class to students of all levels and often simultaneously, teaching those new to yoga, new to our studio, or both! Over the course of two weeks, we warmly invite you to take unlimited classes, meet our teachers, and meet our wonderful community.
