GEMINI:
-Beginner & Up Levels. This workshop offers a captivating exploration of doubles-based
movements. You will learn to flow and connect with a partner, enhancing your teamwork
abilities while uncovering new movement qualities. This magical experience will unify your
energies, showcasing your unique traits. Teamwork truly makes the dream work! Knee pads
and heels recommended.
Floor-gy: If you like hair whips, head stand variations, shoulder rolls, and executing diverse floorwork, this is the workshop for you. Learn to explore various options to transition from the soles of your feet to your hands and knees.  This class will focus on core control as well as different speeds of motion.
**ONLY FLOOR, ALL LEVELS**

R&C: R&C stands for Rhythm & Choreography.  This is a Choreography based workshop that helps increase retention and musicality.  You will learn a full dance routine and techniques that will enhance your performance qualities.  Prepare to take your performance mindset to another level.
**ALL LEVELS, KNEE PADS RECOMMENDED**

Rebel Exotic: Beginner and Up Levels. Create sexy transitions and experiment on sensual chemistry with self and others.  This 90 min workshop will bring out your nasty side but in a tasteful manner.  If you want jaws to drop and mouths to water then this is the workshop for you. We will explore many options of pole and floor work.
