This ticket is valid for one pass to our BREATH & ICE Workshops!
A 1/14 hour workshop where you'll learn and practice breathwork techniques followed by an ice bath plunge!  If you want tools to help you reduce anxiety, boost energy, and better manage and recover from mental and physical stress then this is definitely for you!  Once you've booked in, you willl receive a follow-up email with more information about the event and a Medical Waiver Form to be completed and returned prior to the workshop.
