Shining Stars will focus on all 4 events of women’s gymnastics, Vault, Bars, Beam & Floor, with an emphasis on technique and proper form. Each practice will also allow specific time for conditioning and flexibility. This group will practice 2 days per week for 3 hours. While this may seem like a long practice it is necessary to effectively hit at least 3 events per day and include the needed strength training (conditioning) and stretching (flexibility) to train safely.

This is an advanced class for those not interested in advancing to the team level.
