This package is for TEACHERS or ANYONE who'd like to join us for JUST our 4 pm classes, Monday through Thursday.  We're also throwing in all our Beginner Yoga classes!  On Monday Jackie teaches FIERCE FLOW, a high energy, high impact class that includes weights and short (but high intensity) workouts. It begins and ends with yoga.  She will be teaching this class on Wednesdays for Claire who is out of town.  PLEASE NOTE, that some of our Wednesday classes are cancelled with Claire out of town.  That's why we included all of our Beginner Yoga classes on the schedule (Sundays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays).  On Tuesdays and Thursdays Nancy will be teaching Peaceful Restorative Yoga, a quiet and completely relaxing class, perfect to end a long work day!   With this package you can go to as many of these classes throughout October.
