3 weeks of hands on experience
You get out Instructor training book. Which we go over in detail. and a shirt.

Week one : go over Instructor training workbook. Learn class structure and shadow classes.
Week Two: Focuses on writing class lesson plan. You teach a warm up in a class at the end of this week.
Week Three: You have the written and Technical exam where you would teach an entire class on your own.

Recommended for someone who has at least 6months-1year of pole dance experience must know level one tricks entrances and exits and basic climb and different grips.
