VERTICA FITNESS VIP MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
Contract Term: 12 Months | Unlimited Classes

Welcome to Vertica Fitness! We are excited to support your journey to becoming stronger, sexier, and more self-confident. Please carefully read the terms of your VIP Membership Agreement below:

1. Contract Term & Billing
This is a 12-month VIP membership contract billed monthly.

By signing this agreement, you commit to completing the full 12-month term.

No cancellations are permitted during the 12-month contract except as noted in Section 3 and 4 below.

At the end of the 12-month term, your contract will automatically renew for another 12-month cycle.

To prevent renewal, you must email your studio before the end of your current 12-month term.

Once renewed, you are responsible for the full additional 12-month period.

2. Happiness Guarantee
If you attend your first class and decide it’s not for you, you may request to cancel and receive a full refund.

This request must be made at your first class and before leaving the building.

After this window, no cancellations or refunds are permitted for any reason beyond the listed exceptions.

3. Medical Cancellation or Pause
In the event of serious injury or medical incapacity:

You may request a membership pause of up to 3 months, or a full cancellation if you are unable to continue indefinitely.

You must email your studio and provide a physician’s note clearly stating that you may not engage in strenuous physical activity. Please allow 72 hours for processing.

Medical pauses or cancellations will not be accepted for other personal reasons.

4. Relocation / Moving Away
You may cancel your membership if:

You are relocating to an address more than 25 miles from any Las Vegas Vertica Fitness location, AND

You provide at least 30 days written notice AND proof of your new address (lease, utility bill, or official mail).

If you relocate but remain within 25 miles of a Las Vegas Vertica studio, your membership will remain active and non-cancellable.

5. Financial Responsibility
You acknowledge that this is a legally binding contract and agree to pay your monthly membership fees for the full term.

Changes in personal finances or life circumstances do not qualify as valid reasons for cancellation.

You are responsible for ensuring your credit card on file remains current and valid throughout the term of your contract.

6. Late Payments, Delinquency
If your monthly payment fails, a $25 late payment fee may be charged.

If your account becomes delinquent, it may be turned over to a third-party collection agency.

7. Class Reservations & Late Cancel Fees
All classes require advance reservation.

If you miss a class or cancel with less than 12 hours notice, your card will be charged a $15 late cancel fee.

8. No Other Cancellations or Refunds - Unless 50% is Paid
Other than the specific exceptions listed above (injury, relocation, first-class opt-out), no cancellations or refunds will be granted UNLESS you pay 50% of the remaining contract balance in full.
