We recommend starting with one of our gentler class styles to build confidence and connection:

Strength + Stretch Reformer – Wednesdays & Saturdays at 9 AM

Restorative Reformer – Saturdays at 8 AM

What to Bring:
Grip socks are required for all reformer classes.
Don’t have any? You can purchase a pair at the studio.

Booking & Cancellation Policy:

Bookings are essential.

Minimum 4 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations forfeit the class and incur a $5 fee.

No-shows forfeit the class and incur a $10 fee.

All classes must be used within 14 days - no extensions or refunds apply.
