Booking Policy:
– You may book classes up to 4 weeks in advance.

Please Note:
– Pack is non-refundable once purchased.
– No rollovers or holds are available.
– Class packs may be gifted to family members—please email hello@oceanstudiopilates.com to arrange.
– Pack activates from your first visit, not date of purchase.

Cancellation Policy:
We have a 4-hour cancellation window.
– Cancellations made more than 4 hours before class: no charge.
– Cancellations made within 4 hours: session deducted and a $5 late cancel fee applies.
– No-shows incur a $10 fee and the class is forfeited.
