This isn’t just anatomy charts and spring settings (though we love those too)—it’s a fully immersive experience that blends practical skills, creative programming, and the heart of what makes Pilates transformative. Whether you're dreaming of leading group classes, changing lives one private session at a time, or just leveling up your own practice, this training gives you the tools to do it your way.

You’ll learn to:
Understand and teach foundational to advanced reformer exercises
Modify and progress for all kinds of bodies
Cue clearly, creatively, and with confidence
Bring your own vibe to the classical principles
 Build strength—in your body and your voice

Expect hands-on learning, laughter, plenty of practice, and a supportive crew that feels more like a reformer family than a classroom.

Students must attend ALL DATES and HOURS!
Weekends of:
October 3,4,5
October 24,25,26
November 7,8,9

Fridays:  5-9 PM   (4 hours)
Saturdays: 10-5:30 (6.5 hours)
Sundays: 10:30-2:30  (4 hours)
